All teams tee off around the course. The live leaderboard follows the battle. Then everyone comes back together for the final results, awards presentation and the lifting of the Company Cup.

Need to move a larger conference group out of the hotel or meeting room for a few hours?
With exclusive use of the course for 40-72 delegates, everyone can participate in the same private Company Cup at the same time.
Teams are positioned around the course for a shotgun start, your dedicated Host / MC runs the competition and the live leaderboard brings the entire group into one shared experience.
It works particularly well as an afternoon breakout, conference social activity, incentive experience or transition between the day's formal program and evening functions

The shotgun start completely changes the atmosphere. Teams are positioned around the course and everyone begins together.
Within minutes scores are arriving from everywhere. The leaderboard starts moving. Challenges are being played. Teams are trying to work out what everybody else has scored. And the entire course feels like one event. Because it is.

Teams aren't simply working their way around 18 normal holes. They'll encounter the six Company Cup challenges along the way:

Hole 6 - x2 Power Hole
Hole 9 - Wrong-Hand Challenge
Hole 12 - Captain's Call x3
Hole 15 - Double or Nothing
Hole 18 - Final Power Hole x3
With the whole course playing at once, the effect on the live leaderboard can be dramatic.
WE HOST IT.
YOU ENJOY IT.
Your dedicated Host / MC keeps the event moving from the opening welcome through to the final awards presentation.
We handle the format. We explain the challenges. We run the scoring. We manage the leaderboard. We bring everyone together for the final results.
Your guests simply get to compete, socialise and enjoy the event.
FINISH TOGETHER
Once the final scores are locked in, everyone comes back together. Our Host reveals the results. Awards are presented. The winning team lifts the Company Cup. And we finish with the Champions and group photos.
You'll also receive the digital final results after the event - giving everyone plenty of evidence for the office debate afterwards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Private Course Takeovers are available for 40-72 guests
The package includes exclusive use of the Noosa Mini Golf course for the agreed event period.
Exclusive hire applies only during the confirmed booking period. Guests should arrive promptly so the event can commence and finish within the allocated times.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the event.
Private Course Takeovers use a shotgun-start format, with teams positioned around the course before commencing together.
Company logos, branding, team information and other event material must be supplied by the requested cut-off date.
Custom branding beyond the inclusions of the package may incur an additional charge.
Please advise us in advance of allergies and dietary requirements.
Alcohol service remains subject to Noosa Mini Golf's liquor licence and responsible service requirements.
Guests must comply with course rules and staff directions.
Noosa Mini Golf reserves the right to modify the event format where required for safety, weather or operational reasons.
Severe weather or unsafe course conditions will be managed in accordance with our weather and cancellation policy.
